Reliable Motor for Small Roller Blinds
Compact and efficient, the A-OK ShawSmart AM28 1.8/25 AC Internal Tubular Motor is ideal for small to medium roller blinds. It delivers smooth, quiet operation and is fully compatible with A-OK Motors, making it a smart choice for home or office automation. Its durable AC-powered design ensures long-term reliability, while the internal build allows for easy installation in tight spaces. Suitable for both residential and light commercial setups.
This motor’s torque stop function makes it ideal for all external straight drop systems. It halts at top stoppers in side channel setups and tensions the fabric when the awning is down. A top limit is set normally and works with the torque stop feature. It’s compatible with RS001, RS002, Sun/Wind sensors, and Luxaflex systems. When used with Sun/Wind sensors, it receives a pulse every 20 minutes; if no signal is detected for 30 minutes while the awning is down, it rises automatically as a safety measure. The 10/27 and 30/17 versions come with or without Molex connectors, while the 50/13 version is available only with a Molex connector.
Ideal for automation systems that need electrically controlled 4‑core motors, this model suits all external straight‑drop awnings. Set limits with the WSB01 tool or the button on the motor head. Sun/Wind or Motion sensors can’t control it, so any protection must come from the control system. The motor is also compatible with Luxaflex Merger units.
